SNEAK PEEK OF CABELA’S® OPENING NEAR RENO-TAHOE
Outdoor Superstore Set to Open November 16
SUMMARY: Reno, Nev. (Nov. 12, 2007)

with the Nov. 16 opening of Cabela’s® in Reno, Nev.

The store expects that over half of its visitors will travel
from more than 50 miles – with a large number of visitors
expected from northern California.

In addition to Cabela’s, two other nationally branded
outdoor retail companies are planning to open stores in Reno-Tahoe.
Scheels is scheduled to open the world’s largest selection
of sports, sportswear and footwear under one roof in Sparks
in late 2008, and Bass Pro Shops has announced that it plans
to open an Outdoor World Superstore in conjunction with Station
Casino’s proposed property at the junction of the Mt.
Rose Highway and U.S. 395. With the ability to provide the full
experience A to Z, Reno-Tahoe will outfit travelers for almost
any adventure imaginable.
