VALLEY'S MOUNTAIN-TOP EVENTS OFFER UNIQUE SUMMER EXPERIENCES

[Squaw Valley USA] August 1, 2007- As summer
days dwindle and fall is soon in sight, vacationers look for
one last adventure to end the summer off right. From Stargazing
Sessions on August 10 & 11 to Friday and Saturday evening
Sunset Hikes, the Perseid Meteor Shower Night on August 12 and
a Cowboy Campout on August 18, Squaw Valley's lineup of August
activities is sure to deliver a memorable end to summer for
all. This weekend, Squaw Valley hosts their 27th Annual Mountain
Run to benefit local cancer prevention programs. Also, the mountaintop
summer concert series continues with Little Charlie & the
Nightcats playing the blues at High Camp this Saturday, and
the following Saturday, August 11, the kids hit the stage with
Paul Green's School of Rock Allstars.
