December 6, 2007- Skiers
and snowboarders are rejoicing and operations crews are hard
at work preparing for operations as the first large snowstorm
blankets Squaw Valley USA Thursday Dec. 6th. Snow began falling
before 10am and forecasts are calling for up to two feet of
snow before the storm subsides late Friday. Resort officials
are hoping to expand operations significantly over the coming
days.
