BROADCAST VIDEO FOOTAGE AVAILABLE - Preview and download broadcast quality MPEG 2 b-roll footage (AVAILABLE AFTER 2:00pm, PST on December 20th).

STORY SUMMARY: Dec 20, 2007 – Squaw Valley USA greeted eager skiers and snowboarders this morning with clearing skies and up to three feet of fresh snow and expanded terrain.

FOOTAGE DESCRIPTION: Footage includes shots of loaders, snowblowers, people riding chairlifts, skiers and snowboarders, scenic mountain and fresh snow shots.

SUGGESTED COPY: A series of strong winter storms hit the Sierra this week and left up to three feet of fresh snow in the mountains since Monday. This blast of snow was just what resorts needed to ensure great conditions for holiday visitors. Squaw Valley USA expects to open additional lifts and terrain in the coming days. Today 15 lifts are in operation, including Squaw Valley USA’s newly upgraded high-speed six passenger lift accessing Shirley Lake.
