With temperatures dropping each night, the snow remains fresh and chalky with pockets of powder around the mountain. Forecasts are also calling for winter to return this weekend as another snowstorm arrives.

The second wave in an ongoing series of winter storms has left over 2 feet of fresh snow at Squaw Valley USA. Recurring storm waves are forecast to continue for the next several days, delivering several feet of additional snow andsetting up the resort with exceptional conditions into the core of the season ahead.
